design your wedding ceremony and reception just the way you've always imagined.
At every step of the process-from planning through your special day-your Wedding
Specialist will be with you, making sure that everything you envision turns out
to be perfect.
Your Wedding Specialist will:
• Give you a personalised viewing of the Darling St Chapel
• Create table center piece options. Bow colours and or theme of your wedding
• Introduce you to our marriage celebrants and cake designer for Ultimate
Wedding Packages
• Act as a menu consultant for all food options.
• Provide suggested beverage selections and volumes for your BYO wedding
reception
• Create a wedding guideline, outlining suggested timelines and proceedings for
your entire wedding event
• Present an estimate of charges detailing your financial commitments and
deposit schedule
• Create a floor plan of your event space for you to provide seating
arrangements
• Reserve a room for your wedding night upon request (if that's appropriate)
• Serve as the on-site liaison between you or your Master of Ceremonies on your
wedding night
• Set out wedding gifts and place cards
• Oversee the ceremony and reception transformation, venue setup, food
presentation and order of proceedings through out the night
